What I Do

Although painting is my number one passion, resin, clay, glass and jewelry making is another passion.  I like to take any left over dried paint from my palate and create beautiful resin jewelry and breathe in life in what would have been tossed old paint.

Glass Fusion- Creating handcrafted pendants and rings from glass pieces utilizing a kiln.

This is Sabrina's newest venture-she is still learning the craft by experimenting on what works and doesn't work.

Clay and Resin

Clay is another medium that has endless possibilities.  Sabrina likes to take some of her finished resin pieces and add them to clay-bake the pieces and then finish with a final coat of resin.

Sabrina enjoys the varieties of mediums-if she feels she is lacking creativity with a certain material, she will then switch and go to another-keeping it fresh and fun.

Lampworking-Learning how to work the flame

Starting work with lampwork glass.  This has been a challenging processes to master.  Glass under the flame quickly becomes soft like syrup to sticky.  Super fun but a much bigger learning curve than the fusion glass.

Pushing the Limits

"Experimenting with new mediums and materials is a must.  I find once I conquer or get the hang of something that I quickly become bored and need to push myself further on what I can create."

Picture to the right:  (1) Glass fusion, resin and my painting pour all in one tiny mold.  (2) New snap jewelry-which is a fun way to have a versatile jewelry collection.  (3) Fish painting created from fusion glass pieces that didn't turn out in a perfect shape for jewelry, acrylic pour and then topped with a resin finish.  (4) Lastly, my first completed lampwork beaded bracelet.
